Yearly Summary
2018: Santini’s first year in the Ryder Cup was epic! He won all 3 matches. This was a huge feat considering Lombardo only won 8 all weekend. The Friday afternoon pairing with E-dub was a great matchup against Barkeley and Luke. Lombardo squeezed out a tight 1 point win. Saturday morning he was paired with Ken, who’s back was in much better shape. They took on Steve and Zach, beating them by 1. He had the very unfortunate drawing against the Cobra Kai captain. The match was a slugfest, with Santini up 1 at the turn. Out of the turn, Santini took 3 of the next 4 and never looked back. If he had, he most likely would have seen Sideburns puking in a sand trap somewhere on hole 15.
2019: Santini had another solid showing in 2019. He partnered with Staten to take down the Cobra Kai pairing of Brad and Mel, even with Mel's 4 foot wedges per round. He teamed up with Scott B, and dominated his brother, Davey and Patty in the Saturday morning scramble round. In is 1v1 matchup, he was matched against the other Barnak brother, however, was unable to hold on. Down 1 at the turn, he was in competition. To start the back nine, he took a couple holes, being up 1 thru 13. Rick fought back and took 14 & 16, and then proceeded to tie the last two holes to victory. Santini was 1 hole away from going 3-0-0 and an MVP candidate in the making.
2020: Santini was unable to attend the COVID Cup and will unfortunately not able to attend 2021.
2021: Santini did not attend the 2021 Ryder Cup.
2022: Santini did not attend the 2022 Ryder Cup but plans to be back for the 2023 edition.
2023: MVP! MVP! MVP! Santini's week started off a bit rough with a pairing with Dano. Team Lombardo was a bit concerned at Santini getting overly annoyed with Dano, but they were able to hold it together and take down Ty and Gordo. Saturday morning Santini was paired with Jason, yet another concern with being overly annoyed with a sunburnt, cigar smoking partner. However, Jason showed up ready to play and they were able to dominate the match 5&4 against Ty and Patty. Santini was then paired in the 1 v 1 match against Gordo. He jumped out to a huge lead, winning 4 of the first 5 holes. Gordo fought back a bit, with Santini up 1 at the turn. Santini then took off and won holes 11-14, winning the match on 14 and all but solidifying his MVP honors. While there were many folks on Lombardo that won all 3 matches, Santini's pairings with Dano and Jason stand out as a more momentous feat of patience, which he was clearly able to employ to take him easily to earn the MVP for Team Lombardo!

Player Bio
Santini will be a great addition to Team Lombardo. Compared to what his brother, The Bandit, brings to the table, he is a class act. Whoever has the chance to play Santini will enjoy their time 1000 times more than with his brother and you will most likely be able to have a coherent conversation compared to his higher, younger brother.
Ryder Cup Highlight
Andrew won a skin in his first year of the Ryder Cup. Upon receiving the 50$ bill, he simply ripped it in half and threw it back in the Cobra Kai's face.
Fun Fact
Andrew is a lawyer which is good to have around in this group. He was forced into that career field after having to deal with all of his brother's MIPs and possession charges.
