2013: Luke almost had enough trash talk in him to rattle Searge on Day 1. But, Luke got a clutch upset Saturday morning and was able to beat no show Eckles Saturday afternoon to get another key point.
2014: Luke had the pleasure of playings against our LVP Kyle twice in 3 rounds. After dismantling him and Jason on Friday, he started out down 4 holes after 4 against Kyle Saturday afternoon. But the drugs and booze were too much and Luke managed a blowout victory. Losing the best ball match to Junks and Zale was tough on him. The group received a message from Luke stating "Zale just f***ing chipped in from 100 out with a 3 wood". He was coming unglued.
2015: After a thorough beating on Friday, he bounced back big time saving Zach's life by talking him off the ledge (couldn't save Zach's pitching wedge though) and even sank a dagger 25 footer on the 18th green to defeat rookie Dan.
2016: It was a rough weekend for Luke. He battled to a tie on Friday afternoon with Steve as his partner (before Steve snapped his driver in half). That was the closest he got to a point the rest of the weekend. Nathan and Junks served him up a beatdown and then Brad took it easy on him only winning 4&3.
2017: Luke was in dominating form in 2017. Even being held back by his partner Mel he won his first match 5&4. He followed that up Saturday morning with a wiping of the floor of Junks and Ken with a 7&6 finish. He had MVP in his sights going into a 1 on 1 match with Zale who had just suffered his first ever defeat, and a bitter one, on Saturday morning. But Zale dominated Luke on the front 9. Zale led by 6 holes with 7 to play and it was all but over until his riding partner Kevin finally shut up. Luke won 6 holes in a row to tie the match going into 18. However he couldn’t pull off the miracle and lost the 18th hole still finishing a respectable 2-1. 2018: Luke and Barkeley teamed up for a total combined weight of 4,500 lbs and 3,500 Mooseheads as the ace team for Cobra Kai Friday afternoon. Turns out that was only Cobra Kai team to suffer defeat Friday afternoon. They lost it on the 18th hole so I’m not sure if they ran out of steam or if the cart’s suspension just gave out on them. Paired with Kevin Saturday morning he was in a no-win situation and suffered another loss to Rick and Dan-o. With a potential 0-3 coming, he shot out of his mind on the final 18 to outduel rookie Scott 3&1.
Luke is the younger (though identical) Kendziorski. He spends a lot of time looking for his balls in the woods (and in general). Not many positive assets are brought to the table by Luke except for his annoying trash talking. He is a good partner to have on the course with you. After all the years of playing with Mel, Luke is an expert making sure his opponent doesn't cheat. Luke will drink just as much as anyone over the weekend but will only spend about 12$.
Ryder Cup Highlight
Luke's Ryder Cup highlight came on 18th green in 2015. He was involved in a very pivotal match that could have decided the Ryder Cup. His opponent Dan was in good position to take the 18th hole and force a tie but Luke stepped right up and buried a 25 footer into the heart of Dan to get the Cobra Kai one point closer to their eventual triumphant Saturday afternoon comeback.
In his free time (which is always), Luke has mastered every trick to every game on the Price is Right. Luke also now lives in Tennessee which qualifies him as the most annoying person in two states.
